- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tart apples, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup pecan meats
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes and dissolve in boiling water. Add the lemon juice and sugar. When mixture begins to set, add the apples, celery and broken nut meats. Turn into a mold and chill.
