Bacon Waffles

1 egg
1 cup milk (buttermilk)
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 cups flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Combine egg, milk, sour cream and butter; mix until well blended. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown.
