Yield: About 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
