• 2 cups apple cider
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup good Southern sourmash
• 1/2 cup beer
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup Kahlua
• juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons hot sauce
• dash of salt

Mix together all the ingredients except Kahlua. Simmer 10 minutes in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat, add Kahlua, and cool. Store in an airtight container; refrigerate between uses.
