The Best Maple Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 to 1 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

In a blender, blend all ingredients on pulse, then continuously on high until smooth. Pour into containers and refrigerate. Serve with bread, pancakes, etc.
