Black Bean Burrito


10 flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg taco seasonings (McCormick)
1 can black refried beans
1 can tomatoes w/green chilies (Rotel)
1 8oz pkg shredded cheese
jar of your favorite salsa


Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and water to meat and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Combine beans and Rotel and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Line up three or four flour tortillas (depending on how much room you have) and start to add your ingredients to each. Then roll and wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap.
I like to fix these for the freezer and then I have a quick meal that just needs to be microwaved.
