Ingredients

1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup grape or cranberry juice

Instructions

Combine ingredients, blend, and serve! It’s full of healthful antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and calcium and only about 200 calories per serving. Can save in the refrigerator for later.
