Yield: Makes 30-35
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup Rice Krispies
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/8 cake of paraffin
Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly, then roll into small balls. Melt chocolate bits and paraffin in the top of a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate, then place on foil to harden.
