Butteerscotch Sauce

Yield: 3 cups

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup light cream
  • dash of salt

Boil the sugar, syrup, and butter, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and salt and bring back to the boiling point. Serve hor or cold.
