Caraway Coleslaw Recipe

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 large or 2 small carrots, grated
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • Mix together and toss with dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Mix all ingredients thoroughly before tossing with cabbage mixture.
