Chicken Teriyaki Sticks Recipe

Yield: Serves 4

  • Marinade:
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet sherry
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pound boneless chicken chunks
  • pineapple chunks in juice

Mix marinade and soak chicken overnight.

Skewer chicken chunks and pineapple and broil or grill until done.
