Yield: 12 servings
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup-style ice cream cones
Mix ingredients until well blended. Set cones in muffin pans. Fill each cone 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 350°F for 40 min. Cool and frost with Nut Fluff Frosting. Cream 1/3 c. margarine. Blend in 1 t. vanilla and a dash of salt. Add 3 c. powdered sugar alternately with 3 T. milk, beating until light and fluffy. Fold in 1 c. mini marshmallows and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Nut Fluff Frosting
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- chopped nuts
Cream margarine. Blend in vanilla and salt. Add 3 powdered sugar alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy. Fold in mini marshmallows and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
