Christmas Salad Recipe

A co-worker brought this dish at a Christmas dinner. It is very simple to prepare and oh so sinful!

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

  • 1 can Wilderness Cherry Pie filling
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup minature marshmallows
  • 9 ounces Cool Whip, thawed approximately 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled.
