In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix the eggs, buttermilk, sour cream, and butter in a separate bowl and add to the flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in the apple.
Using ¼ cup batter per pancake, pour onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook, turning once, until golden brown.
