Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup whole coconut milk
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Place banana in food processor and process to a puree. Add remaining ingredients and process to a puree. Add enough water to obtain desired consistency.

You can omit the eggs from this recipe. They are there for vitamins and minerals. If you want you can replace with 1 tablespoon of wheat germ for extra nutrients.
