Simple, colorful, and quick – perfect for a dinner party. –Colby Hill Inn, Henniker, New Hampshire

Ingredients

1 pound lump crabmeat
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green pepper, sauteed in butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pimiento
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs (fresh or dry)
Cayenne to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Fill ceramic crab shells with mixture and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
