This simple and tasty appetizer is best with an unsalted cracker. --The Woodbox Inn, Nantucket, Massachusetts
Yield: Serves 8-10
- 1/4 pound of both King and Snow crab
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled fresh blue cheese
- Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve on lettuce bed with garnish of parsley, lemon, or tomato rose.
