Cran-Ban-Blueberry Pops

Yield: About 3-1/2 cups mix, enough for 10 2-1/2-ounce pops

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Combine blueberries, bananas, and 3/4 cup cranberry juice in blender; blend 20 seconds. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing with spatula, to remove skins. Rinse blender, then pour strained liquid back into blender with remaining cranberry juice and sugar. Blend another 20 seconds. Pour into molds; freeze 4 hours or overnight.
