Chill all the ingredients before making this festive punch. If you prefer, use unsweetened cranberry/raspberry juice and sweeten to taste with superfine sugar.
Yield: Serves 12 to 14.
- 2 bottles (32 ounces each) cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 quart orange juice
- 1 lemon, sliced and seeded
- 1 quart ginger ale
Just before serving, combine the chilled ingredients in a punch bowl. Add ice if you wish.
