Deer Meat Loaf

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground venison
  • 1 box seasoned bread cubes (Croutettes)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • pinch of garlic salt

Mix the ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf and bake in a greased loaf pan in a 350 degrees F oven for one hour. Garnish with parsley sprigs and tomato slices.
