Yield: 4 servings
- 4 well-trimmed pork chops
- 1 tablespoon Quick Curry Powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 2 firm apples, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Sprinkle the chops with Quick Curry Powder and panfry them in the oil over medium heat until they are cooked through. Remove the chops from the pan and keep them warm. In the same pan, saute the chopped onion until soft, and then the apples until just cooked, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve the onions and apples with the chops.
