This is a lovely, light – not too disastrous to the waistline – dessert. Try the different gelatin flavors until you find the one you like best. Chances are, no matter which flavor you choose, you won’t need much – if any – extra sweetener.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt and additional sweetening if desired. Pour into large dish or individual serving bowls, and chill until set.
