For Christmas Pudding.
Yield: About 2 cups
- 1 egg
- 1/2 package confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Beat the egg until thick and lemon-colored. Add the sugar gradually and fold in the whipped cream and flavorings.
