Ingredients

2/3 cup olive oil or any other salad oil
1/3 cup vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper, black or white
1 clove garlic, crushed, if desired

Instructions

Shake ingredients together in a screw top jar and store in the refrigerator.
