2 oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces
2 kiwifruit, peeled and diced

2 cups diced honeydew melon
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 can (15 ounces) sliced peaches in natural juice, juice reserved
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, or to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

In a large bowl, combine the fruit, one kind at a time, tossing gently after each addition.
In a small bowl, mix together the reserved peach juice with maple syrup and whisk until completely combined. Stir in the chopped mint. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and stir. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir again before serving.
