Yield: 6-8 servings
- 3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or syrup
- 4-5 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 11-ounce cans pork and beans
- 1/4 cup catsup
Mix all ingredients. Put in a 1-1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
