Fun and easy way for everyone to mix omelet the way they like. Even the kids can help prepare their own!
Yield: 1 serving per bag
- Fresh Eggs (2 per omelet)
- Chopped cooked meat (ham, sausage, bacon etc.)
- Chopped bell pepper
- Chopped onion
- Shredded Cheese
- Quart size freezer bag
Bring water to boil in large pot. Crack 2 eggs into quart-size freezer bag. Add 1 to 1-1/2 tablespoons of meat, peppers, onions and cheese to bag and zip shut. Squish bag with fingers until mixed well. Place in boiling water for 4 to 8 minutes or until eggs are cooked. Omelet will roll out of bag onto plate. Clean up is a breeze and works great when camping out. To make it easier for kids to fill their own place bag in coffee cup first.
