Graham Cracker Breakfast Cakes

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg

Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl. Combine milk, butter, and egg. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Add nuts. Pour 1/4 cup on a prepared griddle. Serve with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup
