Grape Salad Recipe

Yield: 6 servings

  • 1-1/2 pounds seedless grapes
  • 1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 8-ounce sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

At medium speed mix cream cheese and white sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in grapes.

Mix nuts, brown sugar and melted margarine to coat well. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle over grape mixture.

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
