GREEN TOMATO PIE
3 ½ cup of sliced Green Tomatoes 1 ⅓ cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour ¼ Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon grated lemon rind
3 Tablespoon Margarine ½ Cup Raisins
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Pastry for 2 Crust Pie (Top & Bottom Crust) 10 inch Pie Pan

Combine tomatoes with: sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice, lemon rind,
Cinnamon, and raisins. Place this filling in a pastry - lined pan.
Dot with butter and cover with top crust.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minuets.
Reduce Heat to 350 degree and bake another 30 minuets - - -
OR until tomatoes are tender.
Tastes a lot like apple pie.
