Jalapeno-Lime Butter

8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped fine
juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon salt


In a food processor, process ingredients together until smooth. Using plastic wrap, roll into a log, wrap it, and chill until firm.
