Melt butter and sugars in microwave (about 1 minute). Pour into a big mixing bowl, let cool slightly, whisk in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Use a long mixing spoon to stir into mixing bowl with creamed sugars. Then stir in oats, walnuts, coconut and chips. Cover and chill for two hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a small ice cream scooper to make them all the same size. Bake for 14 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
