Lime-Garlic Broiled Fish Recipe

Yield: 5-6

  • 2 pounds raw fish, fresh or frozen
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash freshly ground pepper
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Thaw fish if frozen. Cook garlic in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Arrange fish in a single layer on a baking pan, 15x10x1 inch. Pour sauce over fish. Broil/grill about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
