Moma's Salmon Loaf Recipe

My Mom makes this for us, it's easy and a good way to get the kids to eat fish.

Yield: Serves 8-10.

  • 1 can salmon (14.75 ounces), drained and deboned
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 5 pieces of bread, make crumbs
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in ungreased dark glass or metal loaf pan for 1 hour.
