Have your guests crack two large or extra-large eggs into a resealable plastic bag* (more than two won't work). Put out a variety of ingredients such as cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa etc. for individuals to add their choices to the bag–shake to mix. Squeeze all the air out of the bag and place all of them into a rolling boiling pot of water for exactly 13 minutes. You can cook 6-8 bags at a time before needing another pot of water. Open the bags and the omelet will easily roll out. Everyone will be amazed!
*Check the resealable plastic bag package to make sure it is okay for the bag to get hot/heated.
