This is a great recipe that is not strong, but has a mellow taste
In skillet, slowly saute onions in butter, stirring constantly until golden. Allow to drain in colander while baking pie crust or making your own. Beat eggs well in mixing bowl, and heat milk in a saucepan until it begins to thicken-DO NOT SCORCH. When pie shell is ready, set oven to 350 degrees. Spoon onions into shell in even layer. In seperate bowl, combine cheese, flour, salt and cajuin spice. Stir beaten eggs with milk and add to flour mixture. Pour over onions and bake 40 minutes.
