This all-American chicken seasoned with herbs has the added convenience of oven-frying.

1/2 cup LAND O LAKES(R) Butter
1-1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons rubbed or ground sage
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (3 to 3-1/2-pound) cut-up broiler-fryer chicken

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking pan in oven (5 minutes). Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage and garlic powder in 9-inch pie pan; mix well. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat. Place in prepared pan, skin-side up. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
