Papaya Avocado Salad

1 ripe papaya, peeled and diced
1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
2 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare papaya and avocado and wash greens. Arrange all of these on 4 salad plates. Whisk lime juice, oil, and seasonings together and pour over salad. If papaya is unavailable, try substituting cantalope pieces.
