Parmesan Mushroom Baked Chicken

My aunt from Anaheim, California gave me this recipe many years ago. I use it often.

Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tall slender can of Kraft Parmesan cheese
(double soup and Parmesan cheese if you want more broth)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray baking pan with Pam. Place chicken pieces in pan. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken pieces. Cover chicken and bake for 1 to 1-½ hours, depending on size of chicken pieces. Remove cover last 10 minutes of baking. May remove skin from chicken prior to baking if you wish. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
