Pecan Pie Mini-Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, beaten
cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans in large bowl. In small bowl combine butter and eggs. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Grease mini-muffin cups and fill ¾ full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove immediately to wire rack to cool.
