Pineapple Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1-1/2 cups sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

Cream ¼ cup butter with white sugar, then add dry ingredients of cake, and mix. Add egg and milk, then fold in crushed pineapple. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch pan, then crumble the blended topping over the batter. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 35 minutes.
