Yield: 4 servings
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 pounds sauerkraut
- 1 cup grated raw potatoes
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- salt and pepper
Saute onions in melted butter. Toss with drained sauerkraut, grated raw potatoes, and caraway seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
