Yield: 4 servings

  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 pounds sauerkraut
  • 1 cup grated raw potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
  • salt and pepper

Saute onions in melted butter. Toss with drained sauerkraut, grated raw potatoes, and caraway seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Yea....since it has raw potato, I am thinking you could put it (stuff) in a whole chicken and bake it.
