Yield: 2 cups
- 3 cups shelled peanuts
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Transfer to a aluminum foil lined baking sheet and spread into one layer. Bake 10 minutes -- giving the pan a good shake halfway through. Remove and shake the pan again. Cool.

They must be really yummy
They must be really yummy during "taste-testing time", since you start off with 3 cups of peanuts but only yield 2 cups of finished product!
