Yield: Serves 4-6
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted in casserole
Put the cornmeal, salt, sugar, and 1 cup of the milk in sauce pan. Stir and bring to boil. Beat eggs and the other cup of milk. Mix all together and put in the hot casserole and bake at 400 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
