Stuffed Cucumbers

I found this recipe in a magazine. Easy to prepare and never any leftovers.

Ingredients

2 medimum-sized cucumbers
4 small cans deviled ham
1 small can minced pineapple

Instructions

Peel cucumbers, cut both ends and remove seeds with a knife, making a shell. Be careful not to cut the shell. Combine the deviled ham with the minced pineapple and stuff the cucumbers with the mixture. Pack tightly, Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into ¾-inch slices and place on platter. Cover until ready to serve.
