Super Fudgy Pecan Brownies

6 egg whites
2 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat egg whites just until broken up and foamy, about 1 minute. Add sugar and beat 1 more minute. Add all the remaining ingredients at once and fold them in. Bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan for just 30 minutes. Do not over cook. Cool and cut into squares.
