Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients

2-3 pounds sirloin steak
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1-1/2 cups soy sauce

Instructions

Slice steak as thinly as possible, place in crockpot. Combine oil, garlic, ginger and honey in measuring cup. Add soy sauce to oil until a little over one cup. Pour over meat in crockpot. Cook min of 4 hours in crockpot. Can serve over rice.
