Cream the margarine, honey, eggs, and vanilla; set aside. Mix the salt, oatmeal, flour, and baking powder in a large bowl; then combine with margarine mixture. Fold in coconut, chocolate chips, cashews, raisins, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. Using round ice cream scoop, mound onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cookies will not flatten – they will stay mounded!
