“A truly delightful way to ‘dress up’ an old favorite! The recipe calls for frozen green beans, but if you have them, fresh beans would add a special touch.” –Holiday Inn, Intervale, New Hampshire

1 large package (2 pounds) frozen green beans
1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill seed
1 cup commercial sour cream
