- 18 pounds flour
- 10 pounds sugar
- 9 pounds butter
- 18 eggs
- 11 nutmegs
- 5 quarts milk
- 1 quart yeast
- 10 pounds fruit
- 1 ounce mace
- 1 quart wine
- 1 pint brandy
Roll the butter and sugar together. Add the yeast and warm milk. When light, add the other half. Put in fruit and bake.
